For an existing order, include the order number and the email used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged, misprinted or incorrect, add clear photos and a short explanation. For a fit question, include your device model or generation. For iPhone, find Model Name in Settings → General → About; do not send a serial number or IMEI.

We review support on business days and aim to reply within two business days. For an address change or cancellation, put "Order change" in the subject and contact us immediately. Production may begin before dispatch, so changes are not guaranteed.
