What kind of cases does CloudyCases sell?
The Daydream Edit is a collection of original designs printed on magnetic impact-resistant iPhone cases. Each has a polycarbonate outer shell, a cushioned black TPU inner lining and a glossy printed exterior.
Which iPhone model should I choose?
Open Settings → General → About → Model Name on your iPhone, then select that exact model on the product page. A Pro, Pro Max, Plus, Mini or Air can have different dimensions and camera openings from the standard model. We only sell the iPhone variants shown in the selector; availability can change.
Does the case work with MagSafe?
An embedded magnet enhances compatibility with MagSafe accessories. Compatibility is not guaranteed with non-Apple chargers. This is a compatible accessory, not a claim of Apple manufacture, endorsement or certification.
How protective is it?
The rigid outer shell and cushioned lining provide two layers for everyday scratches and minor bumps. We do not claim a numerical drop-height rating or guarantee that the case prevents every kind of damage. The case does not make your phone waterproof.
Are the bows and lace raised?
No. Bows, lace, flowers, glossy-looking highlights and other details are part of the printed artwork. The physical exterior has a smooth, glossy finish. The design wraps around the edges.
When will it arrive?
Order preparation happens before carrier transit. Available delivery estimates and shipping charges appear at checkout, and tracking is sent after dispatch. Read our Shipping Policy for delays and delivery support.
Can I change my model, address or order?
Email hello@cloudycases.com immediately with your order number. We will check whether production or delivery details can still be changed. A voluntary change or cancellation is not guaranteed once production begins. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
What if something is wrong with the case?
Email us with your order number, a description and clear photos. Please report a problem within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. For a confirmed printing, manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy, including any longer rights provided by law.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind or wrong-model exchanges unless a statutory right applies. Standard catalog designs are not automatically treated as personalized for EEA or UK withdrawal rules. See the complete returns policy before ordering.
How do I clean the case?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Avoid cleaning chemicals.
How can I contact you or make a privacy request?
Email hello@cloudycases.com. Include your order number for order support or use the subject "Privacy request" for a request about personal information. Please never email passwords or full payment-card details.
Do you have matching AirPods cases?
Cloud Nine, Ribbon Reverie and Dotted Daydream have matching AirPods covers. Choose AirPods generations 1–4 or AirPods Pro generations 1–2 from the product dropdown. These are covers for an existing charging case; AirPods and the charging case are not included.
How does the matching-set offer work?
Add one Daydream Edit iPhone case and one eligible AirPods case to your cart. The AirPods case receives 20% off automatically. One discounted accessory per order; the offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
