Which iPhone models can I choose?

Select your exact model on the product page. The Daydream Edit covers supported models from the iPhone 13 through iPhone 17 families. Availability varies by model. Check Settings → General → About on your iPhone before ordering.

Does the case have a built-in magnet?

Yes. An embedded magnet enhances compatibility with MagSafe accessories. Compatibility is not guaranteed with non-Apple chargers. This is a compatible accessory, not an Apple-certified product.

How protective is it?

The rigid polycarbonate shell and cushioned black TPU lining provide two layers of protection against everyday scratches and minor bumps. No numerical drop-height rating is claimed, and no case can guarantee protection from every impact.

When will my case arrive?

What if there is a problem with my case?

Email hello@cloudycases.com with your order number and clear photos within 30 days of delivery if the case arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or print defect. Please check your exact phone model before ordering; choosing the wrong model is not a manufacturing defect.
