Which iPhone model should I choose?

The exact one. This is not a “close enough” situation. Open Settings → General → About → Model Name on your iPhone, then choose that model on the product page. Pro, Pro Max, Plus, Mini and Air fit differently. The dropdown shows what is available.

Are these iPhone cases MagSafe Compatible?

Yes. Our MagSafe Compatible iPhone cases have an embedded magnet to help align compatible MagSafe accessories. Cute and practical, we know. Compatibility is not guaranteed with non-Apple chargers; these cases are not Apple-certified. Phone and charger sold separately.

How protective are CloudyCases?

Two layers are doing the work: a rigid polycarbonate shell and a cushioned black TPU lining for everyday scratches and minor bumps. Your phone’s a phone, not a stunt double. No case can prevent every kind of damage. We do not claim a tested drop-height rating.

How much is shipping?

U.S. standard shipping is $5, or free when your merchandise subtotal reaches $50 after discounts, before tax. Delivery estimates appear at checkout; order preparation happens before transit. We’ll email tracking when your order ships. International rates, where available, appear at checkout.

What if my case arrives with a problem?

That is not the unboxing we had in mind. Email hello@cloudycases.com with your order number and clear photos, preferably within 30 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed defect or fulfillment error. Your legal rights still apply.

Glossy or matte: which finish should I choose?

Glossy brings the shine; matte keeps it low-key. Choose from the finishes shown on that design’s product page. Availability varies by design and model. Bows, lace and other artwork details are printed flat, not attached decorations.
